I have been leasing from aarons in Brooksville for a couple years now and can honestly say they make it so easy and hassle free with any and all my needs as well as are so helpful when I have issues going on they are amazing and Samantha has been there helping me through it all! Thank you Sam! She's amazing and quick with an answer no matter what curve ball I throw her way! Highly recommend this location and going to see Sam to help you out with anything you may need!

I would recommend anyone their any employees are great people but I would recommend Frank, Crystal, Samantha over any of them.

I absolutely love this store!! The people here are very friendly and relatable! Every time you walk in you always get a “Hi! Welcome to Aaron’s!” greeting and someone is right there to help you! Amazing store and environment they have created :)

I have been dealing with Aaron’s for about 4 years and I must say they have been good to me. My furniture I got from them is exactly how I received it...very good quality!!!! The team there has constantly went above and beyond to assist me when I wasn’t able to make a payment...very compassionate. I had the pleasure of meeting Samatha and she has truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience with Aaron’s at the brooksville location was epic! I give them 5 stars. I’ll be back soon y’all!!!!

I have been renting from this location/establishment for years now and I must say this is the best place I have ever came in contact with. They have treated not only myself but the rest of my immediate family as if they were family to them themselves. They help whenever I need it, they’re there whenever I have a question, and they rectify any situation that I may have with said products that I rent from them immediately and with the upmost professional mentality I have ever seen in all my years of renting to own products. There is one manager in particular that is there at this establishment, that I rank above all else, his name is Frank. He has treated me and my family with the upmost respect and loyalty I have ever seen from any manager of any establishment. He helps whenever I need it, he’s always there whenever I have any questions. Even when financial difficulties arise he is always there to help whether it be a financial situation a product difficulty, I mean anything really he just plain out and simple is always there. If you are looking for the best establishment ever to rent to own any products new or old please I implore you, give this place a shot, I promise you you won’t regret it! Make sure when going here to ask for Frank, I guarantee he will take care of your every product searching and or questions need. Make sure to tell them Richard Durfee sent you, they will treat you as if you were family. I couldn’t nor wouldn’t see myself renting from any other place but this one. Frank my boy you are aces in my book! Each and every employee there is to boot!
