Small Metro PCS store with limited inventory. You may have to wait for the next shipment to get the model of phone you prefer. They were out of cases as well for the phone I bought and gave me the option to order it from Amazon, which I did. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They are located in the next shopping plaza with a green sign uphill from Big Lots & Applebee's.

I went in for some help and the young lady there spent a lot of time and explain a lot of things to me and was extremely nice and I thank her very much and I hope that the company realizes that they have a very good asset and that employee I have been in an employer for most of my life and I know a good employee when I see one and you have one in her

Great people at the counter hooked us up with a great phone at a great price

Went to store today at 12 Greeted by jermery. Wasn't seen until 12:35 due to other customers which wasok. Needed my high security pass word. I was told he had to talk to his boss who wouldn't answer the phone. So he texted him then told my that his boss would get back with him. Now im already there 45mins. So i said i would switch my services. He seemed not to mind. It should be a better plan or system.

Beware of Caitlyn S and any store that allows her to do this!nExtremely unethical behavior. Illegal payment packing. (Unfair and deceptive trade practices) Quoted a price to upgrade my daughters phone. She added product to get to this payment without disclosing it was being paid for, just told “I was able to give you this lighting cable and added your daughters old phone on a new line for free” wasn’t told they were adding fees to activate it. And charging me for the lightning cable. Then folding the receipt and turning it to the signature line.
