Update. I’m now convinced this is the worst managed cold stone in the country. The staff happily made my cookie don’t you want some *soup* and it didn’t seem to bother them. But they were kind enough to put my cup in the next size bigger cup so my ice cream soup didn’t run all over. I’m done. Not coming back
Customer service is TERRIBLE. The young girl taking our order rolled her eyes at us multiple times because we asked questions about what time they closed. They started closing at 9 when the store should actually close at 10. Multiple people came after us and were disappointed to see it was already closed. Ice cream was still amazing delicious, we just enjoyed it outside without the employees’ rudeness!
We vacationed at Marco Island Florida and was informed by a family member about the awesomeness of Cold stone creamery. At about 4 pm on January 14th we walked in and we’re less than impressed by their service. Apparently the cashier had an attitude problem. When asked for a sample she replied that she didn’t have samples, and she was upset because we wanted to pay separately. Overall the lady that helped our group probably needs a day off...if anyone can help??? Lol
If you require masks in you establishment for service, then your staff should be required to wear masks at all times during their shift. They should not be standing around in your store with no mask on or down below their chin at any point.
Horrible rude staff. Dirty and disgusting. Wouldn't shop here if my life depended on it!
