I found the size of the unit I wanted on the website. I called to confirm that I had the size correct. She was very helpful answering all my questions. I completed everything on line and had access when I arrived by the gentleman who was overseeing everything there. I have easy access using my gate code. Very simple and meets my needs this year. The door hatch needs some adjusting but I like that that the unit sits high so that any rain will not accumulate and the monthly fee is reasonable.

Worst storage experience ever. My debit card associated with the automatic payment was replaced in the holiday due to fraud. My payment for the storage facility was 11 days late and my code was cancelled and my unit was locked. In the middle of the night I’m bringing a truck load of items to move and get stuck with nowhere to put them in vehicle that’s rented. When I called they readily took the payment and that’s where all help ceased. Still waiting on the immediate call back I was promised. Should’ve known this place was bad news when four months in They started to get rat droppings in my furniture. I only have furniture and clothing here and clothing is in containers. When I called them about it was another month before the problem was fixed
