We went and bought a new mattress and it ended up being too firm either because of a manufacturing error or just didn't wear in after 45 days. We went to do the exchange for a softer mattress but on the delivery day for the exchange there was an issue with the original mattress as there was a mishap with the tags. The sales person as well as the district manager were so HELPFUL in accommodating us and assisting in the exchange. Now my husband and I are sleeping so well in our much softer (yet still firm) mattress. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm for your next mattress. Their customer service is excellent and they truly care about their customers comfort.
After spending a significant amount of time searching for the best bed for my personal needs, my daughter and I were pleased to find such a mattress at Mattress Firm, in N Lauderdale. The excellent customer service by James Bauer played a large part in this decision. He showed a sincere interest in meeting customers needs with so much patience and no pressure, never once mentioning the “late hour” we first entered, even though it was nearly closing time, and he was preparing to leave for his 2-days off (per weekly schedule).nAm pleased to say we did, in fact, purchase the tempurpedic mattress and adjustable frame and as much as I loved sleep before, this just makes it SO much better...it’s just the right combination of memory foam softness and firmness. Having a bad back makes what I sleep on an essential third of my day, and the adjustable frame so much more appreciated. So very pleased with both the service and the choice made just 2 weeks ago.
James made the process smooth and enjoyable. His customer service skills are of the highest caliber, and I would recommend this location to anyone needing to purchase a new mattress. Even though Rob was not our salesperson, he was also very engaging and pleasant. This team is A+!!!

Briana Valle - MVP of sales associates. She is extremely knowledgeable, polite and easy to work with. Her recommendations were spot on based on my body type, the body support I need (I have lower back issues), the type of mattress that would work well for me - she even recommended pillows that would compliment the mattress set I purchased. I enjoyed working with her so much that we ended up buying a mattress for my Mom - and I have referred other family members that have already reached out to her. So looking forward to them being delivered so our sleep experience will be significantly improved. We spend so much of our time in bed that you really need an expert like Briana Valle to help you make the right decision. She knows what customer service is all about.
