Sean, was able to help my daughter with the problem because the other metro pcs store (fort lauderdale) where we bought the phone originally didn't bother to help us at all, even go as trying to scam us. Sean the manager here was great.ud83dude01ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
It would be nice if they opened on tome I left there loss
I entered the store to get a new line they both seemed unhappy dealing with me at first and then I was told I have to wait 72hours to open a new line with no explanation. i called up another metro pcs that was local in the area and explained the situation and I was told I don’t have to wait at all so I went to that location and they was happy doing business with me without and discrimination. Big waste of time and not worth the negative experience based on my ethnicity.
I've been noticed this new store was opened not too long ago. So i gave it a try since its close to my house. It was pleasant surprise, store is very clean, organized and best of all they know what they were doing also saves some changes compares to my 'past metro' i should say. Thanks for opening a store here two thumbs up!
