Alex was very friendly and professional. My shopping and purchasing experience is always a pleasure at this location in Pompano.
I received a recliner loveseat that did not recline. They exchanged the furniture for another loveseat that also did not recline. They refused to replace that piece- said that they will send a service person to fix the 'new' furniture. I will never shop there again.
Price was are low which is a great thing but due to covid; some of the add on pieces for the living room set was not available. Besides that, great customer service and ill be back to check on updates
