The whole staff was cordial and polite. Jhon was able to assist me with getting my screen repaired promptly after checking in on short notice. Fernando was able to complete the repair for me while I waited. A stellar team that deserves all the kudos!! I had worked in retail for many years and the crew at this location is top notch!
Came in to get an upgraded phone for my son. We worked with Anthony. He did an amazing job, very friendly and excellent customer service all around. Manager Curtis was also amazing and they both helped us a lot!! And Curtis had nice shoes!!nGreat job!! Highly recommend!
Big empty store. No inventory. Takes 15 minutes to see if phone is in stock. Associates have little knowledge of what they're selling. Going to buy online.
Emily took care of me, terrible customer service. I went in there to try and fix a small WiFi problem, and she refused to help or offer any kind of advice basically just told me I was screwed!! Then I shared my experience dealing with T-mobile customer service the day prior because I was trying to upgrade my plan. She denied everything I said, very quick to say NO before I could even get my sentence out!! I’ve been with Sprint for 15 years and never had a experience like I did! So I walked out with my phones, just disappointed! I hope she can learn something from this review, I never like to put anyone down like this but this experience was terrible!!
Went in had an employee come to me and say let me put your name on the list we'll have someone right with you. Almost an hour later still waiting and I see more people walking in getting told the same lie. What's your name ok we'll be right with you. Lol I laughed and walked out. Ain't no one gonna be right with you it will be about an hour
