Steve in repair center is a genius. Can’t say enough about his knowledge professionalism.nI couldn’t get the factory settings downloaded back onto my Roland D-50 and with just a simple conversation Steve already had reasons and options. He was able to slow the baud rate down slow enough for the old processor in the D50 to accept the speed of today’s computers.nSuper nice guy and has me thanking him again.nThank you Steve! My experience was absolutely 5 star. I needed instruments repaired but never anticipated how easy it would be.nThe repairman(Mario) was so helpful it just took all the pressure off me. He was courteous, professional and timely.nI definitely would recommend Sam Ash to anyone else.

Walked in and immediately felt a friendly yet professional vibe. Was looking for a Marshall code 50 amp, which they had in stock, and were very glad to give me a competitive price on. Lana in the guitar section is awesome. She even pointed out a used model they had for a hundred bucks less. Very glad these guys are here in the neighborhood.

Let's start off with the fact this is literally the BEST place to spend your money! I've been coming here for nearly 10 years, and the selection is huge, employees are awesome and ready to assist you at all times! especially Tony, Chris, and the rest of the crew I mean seriously I rely on them for everything I need. I highly recommend this location all the way, don't waste your time anywhere else, trust me they truly care about your business!
