I stumbled across this place while in a pinch for a friend's birthday. So glad I did! I've been back several times since and every cupcake I have had is fabulous. So far, I have tried Cookie monster, Oreo, red velvet, blue velvet, snickerdoodle, key lime, banana, and strawberry.
So, the cupcakes here are REALLY good. Customer service, fantastic. It’s black owned; which is why I support so much especially since I’m down from college due to the pandemic.nnI ordered a Caramel Crunch Cake for my birthday tomorrow, it looks delicious (pictures attached). It’s a custom made cake, reasonably priced for a custom, and at LEAST 4-5 layers tall! This is the place to order a cake from for ANY occasion. The owner/operator is really kind hearted, I really love this place.nnI also tried all flavors of the cupcakes. Every single flavor is good. This is rare for most establishments in south Florida, but the sweet spot always delivers.nnThank you!
I have seen a significant improvement in the customer service! All of the desserts are amazing. The Blue Velvet is my favorite. Keep up the great work!
I found this bakery when a reviewer poopoo'd another bakery (who sells previously frozen cake products)...he said The Sweet Spot sells freshly baked cake and to go here instead ud83dudc4d.nnI ordered a dozen cupcakes in advance and they were ready to go when I picked them up. I was also delighted to find they have a case for walk-ins, so I was able to grab a couple more things too. Their cake is scrumptious!! It was so soft and we appreciated how some flavors have buttercream and others have cream cheese, both delicious. I was excited to try the banana pudding and I am still swooning! My only disappointment is that we somehow didn't order anything with chocolate frosting... we'll head back soon to remedy that!!
The Sweet Spot lives up to their name! Everything dessert you purchase, you will be very satisfied! The cakes and cupcakes are moist and delicious! Customer service is great. The owner is friendly.
