The absolute most slowest Dunkin ever !!!! Ong everyday the drive through is closed then open there’s like 2 people in line and all the customers service reps are so slow rude and incompetent. The inside is always dirty and the mugs for sale are broken . I just feel bad for them really someone needs to take charge and make sure they understand it’s a fast food coffee shop not a sloth ud83eudda5 zoo. ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f

What can you say about Dunkin? They're always handy when you want a snack or breakfast when you're on the road and hungry. The employees are always nice, but not always that competent, unfortunately. There's a pretty good chance your order is going to be wrong so check it before you leave the drive through. The quality is not as consistent as Starbucks, whose coffee anyways tastes the same no matter where or when you get it, but it's a little cheaper and you get what you pay for. It serves its purpose.

I actually saw 9 brand new rack of donuts brought out to be put on display and before I can buy one, all the employees bagged them up and ran to the back of their kitchen then came out with 9 racks of the sorriest looking donuts that were old and falling apart and even smelled like garbage. I guess DD will continue to hire these minimum wage delinquent irresponsible untrustworthy derelicts because they get paid to be on their cellphone, and their business is more important than customer service. SMH.

I love this Dunkin! The service and food/drinks are great, morning or afternoon. Had outstanding service from Jeff today. He was super quick, my drinks were correct and delicious and he was beyond sweet! Highly recommend coming here any time :)
