Closest coffee to me, come when i have to ud83dudc4e Bad employees ud83dude12 messed up my bagel with butter the last 2 weeks. The first time there was barely any butter, the second time it was drowning in butter in the bag and made the bagel soggy. Went today at 2/14/21 11:49am for an iced latte and food. The lady refused to make food so i just got the latte and she gave me an iced coffee, but charged me for the latte. Horrible customer service and food lately!!!
I honestly wish I could give this place a zero star review. Every since they got rid of the other manager that was here this place is going down hill. I came to this location every morning to get my food but as of today no more. There's now a manager that has no idea what he's doing staff that don't know anything either blame that on management. It took me 30 mins to get my drink when there was only 2 people in front of me in line and one person waiting for food. This is ridiculous. Never again coming here..
Apparently they don't know what 5am means to open at 5:39am still closed.
