We are very pleased with the whole experience of changing our flooring in our house. Initially Ken met with us in the store, answered questions, made recommendations before coming to our home with samples and further discussions of our needs and wants. Everyone involved in the process from the gentleman that delivered the flooring product to the installation team of Ken and Robert were very professional and courteous. We had also had the members of Green Frog Moving help expedite the process by removing the furniture from the house. I can't sing their praises enough. The flooring is absolutely beautiful but what makes or breaks the product is the way the flooring is installed. I don't care how much money you spend or the quality of the product you pick, the way it's installed and the attention to details makes the finished product a work of art and ensures its longevity.

The salesman Ken Green was very knowledgeable but not high pressure. He gave me information that allowed me to make the right flooring choice. I was able to view a sample in my home. Installation occurred on time at my convenience. Installers definitely knew what they were doing, were well supervised and left things neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this company based on their experience and service.
