This store location has improved tremendously for the better. Friendly, helpful, and educated staff are breathtaking to see and experience. Shelves are stocked with great choices. When the employees answer the phone be prepared for that to be the only thing that can be answered. Dealing with any Lowe’s should come with a certificate for a free six pack. Cause you are gonna need it more than anything that you may have to purchase from this company. Want me to describe my experience with your company today. Simple. Painful.nnHome Depot. Go there. Trust me. No really just go. You’ll thank me later. Oh you think the other Lowe’s will be better? Nope, only thing they do better is disappoint you faster. Which is close to the only thing they do fast.nnIf I ever have to spend another dollar at a Lowe’s I’ll personally spend the same amount to hire someone to smack me with a brick. Twice.

Helpful and caring employees and extensive options in merchandise! Love it here! Josh from flooring is THE BEST. He is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and all around great. They acknowledge Veterans too! Best Lowe's hands down!

My experiences here have been hit or miss. Bought a fridge and the delivery company messed up delivery. When I called the store the associate said I had to come into store to reschedule. WTH? Even the associate at the store who helped me when I later visited couldn't believe they made me go in to handle something that could have been done on the phone. Calling them requires patience. Getting to the department I needed has taken multiple calls. While other experiences have been good. I had kitchen backsplash installed and the price was the best quote I received and Josh at the store was very helpful. I go here often because it's conveniently located. Most of the time the staff is friendly and helpful. I know on at least 2 occasions the associates begrudgingly assisted, almost as if they had better things to do than what they are actually paid to.

Driving around in an electric cart due to my disability was definitely a disadvantage at lowe's. Asked a staff for an item, and was completely rude and pretty much sent me away. Once I found the item (literally 10 ft from where he was working). I went up to the register to pay and the guy at the register gave me my purchase price as my change by mistakenud83dude42
