Stay away from this company. Allegedly, “corporate”can just make the decision to shut down franchises leaving you, the customer, to scramble to move your things last minute with a threat of all your things getting sold at auction. Also, after a long, detailed conversation regarding moving plans and needs, I received a verbal quote and was told they would send me a written quote; the written quote haphazardly included only half of my moving plans. Well, I guess, joke was on me as I believed the verbal quote. My quote for the second part of my move magically went up by over $1000 from the original.nnDisclaimer: this did not occur with the Wisconsin facility but most of the issues are from the corporate level.

Zippy Shell made moving and storage simple. I was able to get the shell delivered to my door and picked up when I completed packing with a simple phone call. Knowing my items were stored securely in a climate controlled environment with people I trusted took the worry out of the equation. I was able to get the shell redelivered promptly and Brian was a huge help along the way. Zippy Shell is worth every penny if you want a reliable moving service!

Phenomenal customer service! I called last minute after plans with another moving company fell through. They were able to pick my stuff up same day. The movers were incredibly fast and very polite. Brian is one of the best customer service reps I've ever encountered! He went above and beyond to get my stuff shipped out quickly and delivered before I started a new job. I will definitely call them again if I need to move more stuff.

Zippy Shell was fantastic! Moving is very stressful and we were not as prepared as we should have been. However, Brian was great to work with and very flexible. We were able to order an additional Zippy Shell at the last minute and he was able to remove the other one so that there was plenty of room to load it. We didn't have to worry at all about our stuff and when we needed it delivered they did it. They were also able to deliver the shells in the order we wanted them. Kevin was very flexible with the re delivery times which made the unpacking stress free. Thank you Zippy Shell, Brian and Kevin. You made moving easier and we appreciate that!! If we move again you will be the first we call! THANKS!!

We chose ZippyShell for the reasonable price for a move from West Allis to San Antonio. Kevin with ZippyShell was extremely helpful in walking me through the entire shipping process when he dropped off he shell in person. Then, demonstrated continued professionalism and exceptional customer service when our plans changed last minute. Could not recommend highly enough and would use again if we were still in the area.
