Slowest place ever. They have no speaker so you order and pick up at the window. It makes the process super slow. The parking lot is awful and people come through the area that’s supposed to be one way. No one can back out when people are all parked by the entrance. It’s a mess of a place and the worst one I’ve seen after living in 9 different places in the states. I’ve sat here in the drive through for 14 minutes so far and only have 2 cars in front of me. Get it together at this location!!!!!
While visiting from out of town I was a bit confused about the drive thru so I ordered online. I messed up and forgot to make it decaf. They not only made it decaf but also suggested switching out the whip cream for the sweet cold foam. So so good and customer service was wonderful!
If you’re just ordering coffee, it’s fine. But I’ve ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee from the mobile app and they are nearly always out of something. Sesame bagels or croissants usually. So you prepay for items they don’t have and then when you arrive, you have to order something else, they have to adjust your order and credit card charge, while your coffee gets cold.
Luckily they still had the pink coffee! I went early in the morning and the girl In drive-thru was so nice!!! I wish I remembered her name, but she definitely earned a nice tip!!
Nice people! Great service! If you cant eat the yummy donuts yourself, they make a nice early morning treat for friends!Good coffee too!
