Dealer replaced a short block on my Grasshopper zero turn. The shop left the factory oil drain tube off. When I called Sandy she tried not to own up to the shops mistake but finally agreed. Upon picking it up they provided a universal drain tube - see pictured vs the oem factory drain tube.nI found a new dealer in Siloam Springs I can trust. Silly to not take care of the customer & loose business over apox $20.

They have great customer service and go out of their way to help you. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs Parts they have in stock or can I order.

While on the search for a legitimate part for our husqvarna riding lawn mower. I came across this wonderful shop. Not being mechanical inclined, I called and soon the lady on the phone and I had found the part! They were holding it for me at the front desk. As soon as I got there I was instantly helped and on my way in less than 5 min! Great experience and I will be back to shop for more parts if need be in the future.

Never been treated so rudely as I was today at Straights. As I was telling them what I needed, the owner scoffed and told the other employee “he doesn’t know what he needs” and walked away. Don’t go in there for anything unless you have a model number! I wanted a weed eater handle to put on a spray wand pipe. There is no model number so they walked away from me as I was pointing at a handle on a weed eater in stock and telling them that is the one I wanted.
