We went for the warehouse sale and despite the amount of people and craziness we were able to find help right away when needed. She even let me slide the chair over to an outlet to test out the reclining functions. We checked out and by the time we got to the loading dock the chair was there and ready to go. The boys loaded it with a smile and said have a good day. Great experience!
I worked with Joel from Steinhafels to purchase a love seat & credenza on clearance. Liz was awesome! She was so easy to work with, listened to what we both wanted and made it fun. She took the time to help us understand ordering timelines and customization options. Linda Patti was awesome! I had been at the store last weekend and had trouble getting someone to show me the recliner I was looking for! Guess it was not a big enough sale for them. Linda walked me right to the chair that I asked for, let me know it came in the color I wanted and had the features I wanted and proceeded to take the time to discuss the pros and cons with me! She truly showed great customer service that led to a sale.
