If I could rate at Zero stars, I would! We contracted Nonn's to install new flooring. Selection process was smooth. Installation was a complete disaster! First, installer was lazy and had to stay until 9:00 for two nights in order to complete project. Then, turns out installation was not done correctly. Workmanship was incredibly poor. Entire project had to be redone (not until another 7 weeks later). As an added bonus, the first installer caused damage to our home (damaged doors, fireplace, among others). I could go on, as this is just a summary. Bottom line, if you want to deal with massive headaches and have your project take 8 weeks longer than what you signed up for, Nonn's would be great for you!!

WATCH OUT for this company!!! They do not take care of their customers!! We purchased an expensive wood floor back in 2016. We reported issues in the first year and we were given a stain pen to fix it. Now, 4 years later, the problem has gotten worse. They have sent techs out to look at it and every one has agreed the floor has a defect. Now, they just called and said, we are not willing to help you and your on your own. BEWARE and I would recommend you do not use this company if you want any sort of customer service. We have splinters coming out of the flooring and even their installers said the finish is bad on the material we received. They have decided to not provide any customer service or warranty their product.

Nonn's has been extremely helpful and accommodating, especially as we build our house through this COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, Kristy has gone above and beyond to meet all of our requests and answer all of our questions. Very satisfied with Kristy's responsiveness and expertise.

It kind of a let down. Flooring salesperson came out greet us. We were looking for kitchen cabinets before flooring. Cabinet sales rep never came out. So we left. They were not very outgoing.

Vanity too large for our bathroom (door wouldn’t open/close), in kitchen, screws from handles shredded through cabinetry on the insides, they shifted our kitchen because to mess with electrical work (a 50$ fix) they didn’t want to do. Also an incorrectly installed cabinet in the kitchen.nnOur kitchen and bathroom are pretty but there are issues.nnWaited 3 weeks for an on-site assessment for a 30k job. Customer service wasn’t great. On the edge of recommending.nnNot a big job for them, but a huge deal for us.
