Movers arrived promptly on time and had no problem with the fact that I only wanted help moving the large items in my house. My final bill was less than the original estimate mostly because the movers worked hard. Great job guys
DO NOT USEnCalled 20 minutes after arrival time Friday to tell me people called in sick and they could not move me and if I could move my date to Monday (had to be out by Saturday) and they would give me 5% off.nI said no! And that I expect your help to find me a mover. Since Friday I have left at least 6 voicmails for someone to contact me and not a word! To not even make an effort to remedy the situation is unbelievable to me. Not a sorry, just we can't do it and never hear from them again!nEmailed the owner this morning at 5am and have yet to hear anything.nDO NOT USE
Brothers Moving and Storage did a super job for me. They were responsive, friendly and helpful in scheduling my labor-only move. They arrived on time and unloaded efficiently and carefully. Price was right. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Chris was great to work with.
Brothers Moving did a very poor job of packing and loading PODS. The contents of one of the PODS appeared so unstable that my husband and nephews ended up reorganizing and repacking it. The movers also packed boxes that were clearly identified as DO NOT PACK. Yet, they missed packing an entire kitchen cabinet.
Chris & Jenni set up the move perfectly. The two guys, Eric & Tim, were so careful & efficient! The family heirloom piano made it to it's destination safely as did all my other furniture. Thank you so much!
