Anyone shopping for home furnishings can do no better than Pedro Lima at Arhaus in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This store is chock-full of quality products and Pedro takes the time with his customers to answer their questions, as well as streamline the purchase and delivery process! My wife and I highly recommend both the store and Pedro!!

I drove from Madison to Brookfield to check out Arhaus. I can't say enough good things about my experience purchasing from Arhaus in Brookfield WI. Pedro was amazing at helping me pick out furniture and was so kind and friendly. His manager (I need to get his name) was also extremely helpful when Pedro was with another customer. My experience was so good I ended calling the next day to order more items. I love the no pressure atmosphere, the unique items and amazing staff. This is my new favorite home furnishings store and it's all because of Pedro.

I am extremely pleased with both the customer service and the furniture I received form the local Milwaukee store as well as the corporate office. John Mark was awesome in helping with selections and making suggestions for fabrics and furnishings. Most of what I ordered was great quality, but the first sofa I custom ordered was in a fabric that didn’t wear well and looked bad within a few weeks. John Mark and the Arhaus concierge service arranged for a brand new replacment sofa with a more durable fabric to be delivered at no additional cost to me and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of the new sofa. Will definitely be a repeat customer with Arhaus.
