This is our second expereince with Master Z's; the first was the purchase of a pool table back in the Spring. This time, we bought a fire pit and four chairs for our patio. Once again, the process was easy. John was again our salesperson. What made this experience a bit different was that as we approached our decision to buy, John offered us a price on the whole package which included a discount. We left the store to consider other options before deciding. I returned the next day and said we'd go for it.nBut was told a different, higher price by the person in store that day. We went ahead and bought the furniture anyway (it's nice stuff at Master Z's!) but I sent an email to John re the discrepancy in price. He immediately stepped up to do the right thing and credited our account the difference in price. That's the customer service and integrity expected of a first class business like Master Z's. We will certainly be back. And the furniture looks great in our backyard!
Good selection of dart supplies.
Extremely expensive. I get it, you pay for what you get. But they should have some affordable options too. I told then I wanted to pay no more than 300 per chair, and he smirked and was like, well that chair is 800. So walked out. There was no reason for me to be treated that way. I can afford the prices here, I just refuse to pay that much for patio furniture.
I just had a simple repair to a pool cue and it was done professionally and fast. I was very happy
They were helpful in identifying options for either fixing my pool table or purchasing a new one. They provided me with a contact that could refelt my current table.
