HassleLess Mattress

Just had a delivery this afternoon of a mattress and box spring and the process was seamless! The delivery employees were efficient and quick and very pleasant. They were in and out in minutes. This was our second mattress purchase from HassleLess and we enjoy the private shopping experience, the communication , the free delivery and the free removal of our previous mattress. Great experience!

Loved trying out the mattresses at the store. Made a decision and ordered online. Picked a delivery date and was all set. A very easy, convenient way to shop. Delivery guys were very knowledgeable, personable, and great to deal with. Fast set-up. Just an awesome experience all the way around. Plus I got a great nights sleep and continue to do so. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

HassleLess Mattress IS WONDERFUL! Excellent experience. From no sales people in the store, to easy ordering and next day delivery. The whole experience was wonderful and I actually have something to compare them to.....please read below (sorry it's so long). My only mistake was not ordering with HassleLess Mattress in the first place.nnBack in July I ordered a mattress from Mattress Firm. I took the day off ahead of time to be home the day it was suppose to be delivered. I was a little concerned the day before my delivery that I didn't get a phone call, but the delivery tracker said that they were working on my order and to keep checking. By 11am the day of my delivery I finally started to try and get a hold of someone to help me figure out what was going on which is virtually impossible. When you ask for customer service, you get stuck in a phone loop where no one actually talks to you or helps. You have to LIE and say that you are interested in purchasing a mattress to actually get a live person.nnI finally was told by a salesperson that my mattress was not on the truck for delivery, and that they never received the mattress in stock. Why are they selling things that are not in stock? Why is no one telling the customer that they are not getting their delivery? Absolutely horrible customer service.nnI was given another date for delivery and told it would be in stock by then FOR SURE. I agreed and took another day off. A week later the same exact thing happened. The day before my delivery I never received the phone call and I had to lie again when I called that I was interested in a sale to get a live person to be told again that my mattress never came in. I told them to CANCEL my order immediately. I did get a full refund. After a few months, I regrouped and went to the store that I should have in the first place: HassleLess MattressnnI believe in good customer service and I will tell ANYONE that I know that is interested in a mattress to go there and avoid Mattress Firm like the plague.

After going to several other local furniture stores and being hounded the second I walked into the store by rude sales people, I walked into Hassleless Mattress in Brookfield, WI. Let me tell you, BEST experience ever!! I was able to take my time, read up on all the different mattresses, sit ,lay etc. without anyone BOTHERING me. When I was done, I had questions for customer service and they answered right away and delivery was timely. Such a great experience and I would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a mattress. THANKS Hassleless Mattress!!!

Shopping and purchasing with HassleLess was a fantastic experience!!nOur initial choice wasn't immediately availible. The manager called and suggested an alternative which turned out to be great and delivered within 48 hours. Will definitely purchase from HassleLess again and recommend to others!
