I called Aaron about a charging issue with my brand new work laptop. He was available to meet with me at his shop right away. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a thorough diagnosis and we discovered it must be a hardware issue and since it was under warranty he didn’t want to null my warranty . Not only did he not even charge me he loaned me a charger. Great customer service!
Wow, what a great shop. They loaned me a power cord when I needed one at no cost. I was grateful and am impressed.
Aaron is extremely professional, responsive, kind, and reasonable on pricing for services. There is no need to go out of the valley for electronics help. This is your best option. Will be a returning customer. Never post reviews online, my experience with his customer service merited that sacrifice of my time.
Great customer service. Went in to get a SD card formatted a special way and he was super fast and friendly. Nice to have an electronic repair guy in the valley. Highly recommend his shop.
Camping up on the mountain and needed to get some work done. Needed to answer some emails from the military. Forgot my power cord at home and the staff offered me to come in and use their power cord and charge my computer. They hooked me up to their WiFi and helped me accomplish my mission free of charge.
