This is a great location, the representatives are very knowledgeable and are eager to help you get the best device and plan possible. They have a lot to choose from and great accessories on top of that. I'm not sure if it's always running but I believe there's a sale running on accessories right now, make sure to ask the store representative and they can help you get the best accessories that you need for your phone.
Austin is amazing. Maintained a professional jovial attitude while juggling four different customers in the store by himself. He knew exactly what to do in order to set us all up accordingly. Very knowledgeable and made the entire experience very pleasurable during this weird funky time. Give that man a promotion and a raise!
On Saturday night at 6:30 (store close at 7:00) I walked in to get a new IPhone. NEVER have I had such good customer service. Despite the late arrival, Agent Austin immediately set out to discover my needs/wants. Asked me simple, direct questions and started the process. Store Manager Gustav assisted after his customer left and between the two of them, I walked out with phone in hand and WRITTEN instructions how to finish when I got home.
Gustav was so knowledgeable about products and assisted Austin about suggesting right accessories for me. He’s a great teacher. They were really fun.
It couldn’t have been a better experience. Like meeting up with old friends. Go here for your needs!

I had the worst experience EVER dealing with a cell phone company at this location. The manager Gustav set up an account in my name and couldn't get the phone activated after 2 45 minute trips to the store and then I sat in the store for a total of 8 hours only to be told I still couldn't get the phone after I paid for it. Fast forward 2 months and I get an email saying my service is going to be disconnected for a past due balance of $188.00. I log in and find out there is an iphone 8 activated on the account in MY name and I don't have a phone or service through AT&T. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone being that the MANAGER of all people established an account in my name, told me it was deactivated, is tarnishing my credit because I'm now showing a past due balance, and then find out there is a phone activated on the account. I am DISGUSTED! I wish I could click on 0 stars because this is not how anyone should be handling business legally. Thanks for nothing but a past due balance, even more ruined credit, and a headache of now sitting on hold with intelligent people trying to fix your mistakes!
This is the absolute worst store ever! In June I went In and got 6 lines he told me my bill would be 280 per month with all 6 lines!! We went ahead and ported our numbers from sprint because it was a lot less we also traded in 5 phones that the store manager promised we would get credit for and that the iPhone was free with the trade in! Fast forward 3 months my bill is 470$ per month we are being charged for the phones we got from at&t I contacted customer service the phones I traded in are no where to be found both me and my husband went to the store to figure out what is going on and to get our paperwork he promised he always had on hand just incase customer service was over charging us he said! Well what do you know we were both kicked out of the store and we’re told he needs time to find the paperwork!!! These guys that run this store are thief’s!!!! Not only that he sold me an 80$ Charging case that doesn’t work and I went back the next day and he wouldn’t do anything about it!! At all cause please avoid these frauds! I forgot to mention I was In the store for 8 hours the day we got our phones
