We ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. While waiting 12 minutes, one employee loudly said, “I keep calling names out and people are looking at me like I’m retarded.” I not only found this offensive, but horrendously inappropriate for the workplace. After waiting 12 minutes, I was given the refund I wanted, but then heard an employee state our order was sitting on the screen for a long time. We were given free bagel coupons, but we will never return due to the lack of timeliness, inappropriate language, and horrendous customer service we received.
Staff weren't wearing masks (at least the lady serving me at the drive thru wasn't). Won't be back any time soon. Food, friendliness and wait time were fine.
Wonderful service employees are always friendly foods always made to order thanks caribou u make my day a little more manageable every day!!
Love Caribou coffee, however the drive through woman is always rude and short. Seems like she really doesn't enjoy working.
