My son’s very good friend broke his shoulder and had to have surgery. We thought that cookies would cheer him up. The presentation was spot on and the message was written the way I requested. I ordered the cookies at 8:30pm and the cookies were made and delivered by noon the next day. Great service, great presentation and great taste! My son’s buddy felt special and so did the rest of his family. This was a great way to let them know we care and that we were thinking of them.

I was very pleased on the next morning delivery to my daughter. She was surprised and loved the designs as well as the additional gourmet flavors.

Incredible customer service!!! I walked in hoping to get a cookie cake for the same day and they went above and beyond for me. The cookie cake was so beautiful and well made. Kim was so nice and even wanted to make sure I loved it when being delivered. I can't say enough to thank them for how awesome they are!!

I ordered 5 cookies on Tuesday for a special birthday on Wednesday. They cautioned me it wouldn’t be done until Thursday. That’s fine, completely understand. I received an email that the order was in process. I assumed that I would be notified when it was complete.nnI received a voice mail at 2:18 pm stating the cookies were ready to be picked up, however cookie pick up time is only until 2 pm.nI immediately had to leave work, which is 30 minutes away to run and grab them, otherwise they were closing and I’d have to wait another day.nnI guess I was just frustrated on the lack of communication when my order was ready/pick up times/closing times (online says open till 6 pm).
