Everything was going well until they gave me the food. I ordered a salad and a cream of chicken wild rice soup. The soup was not how I always been getting it for years. The cream was missing and seemed like a chicken noodle soup. Then when I told them they ended up giving me the same texture of soup.

My order was incomplete and I was supposed to get a refund, well after 15 days no refund. No one will answer a phone so I can speak with them and Panera corporate I was on hold for 40 minutes before they just disconnect for 3 days straight. Does anyone work there????

Have barely been anywhere on my own due to being pregnant during pandemic. Was happy to see they would bring food right to your car. Was very impressed with how soon they came out with my order and they gave me a cookie to congratulate me. Made my day! Food was great as always.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I am medically exempt from wearing a mask, and ai was refused service for not wearing one. I couldn’t do curbside because I needed to see the menu and they wouldn’t even let me read it. I was more than 6 feet away from anyone yet still treated like I had the plague of death. I even put my shirt up over my face yet that wasn’t good enough even though that is NO different than any other cloth face covering. It was cloth and covering my mouth and nose. Same as a neck gaitor. This treatment of people is ludicrous and offensive!!!

$10 for a bread sandwich. There's barely any steak and bare any white cheddar on the panini. And pay over $5 for a cup of broc cheddar soup?! The soup should cost $2.99 for a cup and $5 for a bowl. No paninis should be over $7 for a whole sandwich. Panera is greedy. Overpriced and lack of meat on the food. Never will I go back again. It use to be fairly priced. Now it's outrageous!!! Very disappointednnEach item soup or sandwich or salad automatically comes with a side. Even if you order a whole sandwich and a cup of soup. That means 2 French baguetts. NOT ONE.nnCustomer service was terrible. It was a slow evening and I waited over 15min for a simple order. Things have changed since I worked here. Just terrible. PUT MORE MEAT IN THE SANDWICHES!!!!
