Sharon was very pleasant and thorough! I had no idea all the details involved to rent Storage space. She made sure I had a space Close to the entrance, because of having a large item to store. It’s nice to know there are carts available to help move multiple, heavy items. The building and storage space is very clean! She explained the details of the paperwork, and options. We needed a 5x5 storage unit the same day we called. Sharon was knowledgeable about the unit that would meet our needs. The lease process was fast and painless. We saw a spotlessly clean facility with intuitive security code access and felt safe with ample lighting in the drive through/unloading area. The unit we rented matched our needs with some room to spare. Overall I had an excellent first rental experience with Extra Space Storage in West Bend.

I stopped right at 9:30 this morning when the building opened and was so politely greeted by Kaylee. Extremely friendly and smiley. Most people aren’t “up to par” this early in the day but she made my day. She was more than willing to show me around the facility. It was way beyond my expectations for a storage facility. It was very clean and well managed. I am not needing storage at the moment but will in the near future, so I WILL be back. Thank you so much Kaylee!

I had looked at a few places to rent a storage unit at, Extra Space was the first place to get back to me. I had been waiting a few days at other places. It was within minutes of submitting the online reservation my phone was ringing, GREAT customer service. It is a little farther from my house but the service I received from Kaylee and Sharon was phenomenal.
