The whole plus size woman's department is full of clearance from other areas of the store. I'd like to shop for clothes also, how about stock the plus sizes. Also there were three things I did want to buy, but the only coupon was online only. So I left the store, sat in the lobby, and ordered what I wanted to buy from phone, with in store pick up. As soon as it's ready I can go back and get it. Would be much easier for all if in could have used the coupon in the store.
I prefer the Menomonee Falls Kohl's location to this one because this store feels much smaller and more cramped. There is less space between racks/isles but it still has a lot of the same product. My main gripe with Kohl's is that their big and tall section for men feels like an afterthought, an area as big as their luggage department, while the women's section feels like a proper department.
It seems as everytime I go to Kohls its worse and worse. Their percentages off hardly are ever usable due to all the exclusions and when there was a sale (veterans day) that would have been usable they neglected to give me that coupon. When I called customer service they just blew it off and did nothing about it.
Everyone was doing a great job there was no pushing or shoving I didn't stand in line there very , I can't believe how clean the place was.
Customer Service was very fast for being social distancing, there were 3 cashiers, very awesome service
