Enjoy ordering for delivery. The staff is always friendly and when dining in (pre-Covid) the place is clean. Lately, however, when ordering delivery things have been missing from our order. Last time I was missing bacon on a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich (sort of a big deal), this time it’s a fruit cup. Previous to this I’ve missed added avocado etc. The items are usually an add-on so add expense to my order making it especially frustrating. When ordering online the app is really detailed, so it’s disappointing the store can’t be more thorough.

Our sandwiches were good,, the person at the counter/checkout/order taker was a whole lot less than o e would expect in such a position,,even for fastfood,,,, however the several other staff we spoke with were friendly and very professional,,, even to the point of apologizing for sandys bruskness and demeanor

We ordered a bread bowl and a pick two for delivery, after the initial wait for the delivery which wasn't bad they forgot the bread bowl. We got the soup, but no bread bowl. We called and they said they would deliver another one with some baked goods within like 30 mins so we were OK with that. We've been waiting over an hour now and still haven't gotten our bread bowl delivered. I wouldn't choose delivery from them.nnUpdate: got the bread bowl, but after we already ate the room temp soup now...

Food was excellent, staff was friendly, and the food was well portioned for the price. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick pickup, or a delicious bite to eat!

Since they were closed due to a COVID outbreak, the returning staff has not been up to par (as compared to the prior staff lost that didn't return and the Menomonee Falls store I frequent). Orders I have placed over the past several weeks have been wrong on numerus accounts and curb-side pickup is being ignored. They place it on the shelf and ignore reading the pick-slip. Again today this was the case. I had to call in to get them to confirm bringing my order out as requested (a paid order not free coffee).
