Bait and switch operation. They will match the other storage facilities pricing to get you in.
After 6 months they raised the price 20% ($60.00 monthly extra) to recoup the money they gave up to get you in. Strawberry Storage was a better price up front and we regret not using them. We do not recommend Timpanogos Storage.
Tamara the manager is easy to reach, the units are clean and facility easy to load and unload. Would like more, and more durable dollies for loading in and out.
Employee was rude upon arrival. She said we had to get the trailer as close to the curb as possible then made faces and hushed comments while my friend backed the trailer in their overcrowded lot. She told us "it's not something I can just move" regarding a car trailer...considering this is a Uhaul that was very surprising and I suspect more out of laziness than truly not having the equipment. Would not recommend
I have never been in such a clean and well maintained storage facility. Not a speck of sirt, not a light out. Manager Tamara Shimmin is extremely helpful with all facets of storage and
