Management for maintenance is horrible!! You can work for a place for seven years. Just get a raise. Walk in one day and get let go by the head of the maintenance department who I've never met. He said there's nothing good on your review goodbye. No discussion No nothing!! The work orders speak for themselves!! They didn't even bother to look!! How much work you put out is there to see!! If you were lacking in an area during a review there would be discussion. Instead it was personal!! It took them 4 years to even do a review!! 7 years wasted!! What's great is they can't remove this post like they purposely do on their Facebook page!! Because the truth hurts!! Don't fix the things people have problems with until they get so bad people wanted to leave!! No one wanted to hurt the company or anyone . But three years for a raise?? Multiple shifts complaining. But they never ignored the drivers!! But Mechanics no problem!! Try motivating a group guys who are frustrated?? Them complaining every day!! Getting to hear it over and over.If you say something you're wrong for doing so!! You made waves!! Goodbye!! I only can hope things have changed for the better!! Sometimes people have be Sacrificial lambs to make things better!! Because no one wanted to listen!! Since I didn't get to explain it then. Maybe now you'll understand my position!! A real maintenance manager would take care of his guys. Give them information. And not belittle them!! Exit interview completed!!

As a driver, you get the miles. Excellent company to work for if you can and want the work. Highly recommend this company.
