Two packages in two weeks delivered to the wrong house number 3/4 of a mile short of our house on a dead-end road. Once left at the fire number, once left on the porch. The driver even wrote this wrong address on the side of the package. No problems when UPS delivers!

I AM BLIND AND DISABLED..I LIVED IN THIS HOUSE FOR 20 YEARS AND I CAN NOT GET FEDEX TO DELIVER TO MY HOUSE DOOR ! I HAVE A BIG SIGN THAT SAYS ( PLEASE BRING DELIVERIES TO HOUSE DOOR ) THEY STILL LEAVE PACKAGES IN MY DRIVE WAY OR ON TOP OF STAIRS! I CALL AND COMPLAIN AND NO ONE DOES ANYTHING DIFFERENT..I HATE THE DRIVER MIKE, HE SWEARSAT ME AND LEAVES ! IM 70 YEARS OLD AND NO ONE SHOULD PAYTO BE ABUSED LIKE THAT......ALL I WANTIS MY PACKAGES BROUGHT TO MY HOUSE DOOR !!! UPS DOES, SPEEDY DOES,MAIL DOES...WHY IS FEDEX SO BADDDDD...

This is just a package handling/ shipping center and isn't really a public place. They have a large fence around the place with surveillance cameras and its very difficult to get into if you don't work there. That being said, its exactly what you want to see considering the place is taking care of getting things to you or from you to where you want them to go. Rest assured FedEx has your stuff protected when you ship with them. I went there for a job interview and Andres, the man interviewing me, was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process.

4 packages in the last week delivered to the wrong street! Fed ex employees need to learn to read street signs. Totally unacc potable to repeatedly deliver to the wrong street... once maybe an accident but 4 packages, on different days ridiculous!!!
