Perfect every time. The danishes and kringes ( special order Apricot!) are melt in your mouth delicious. Staff is so patient with so many decisions to be made. I truly appreciate their current focus on health and safety. Masks required and only 2 parties in the store at a time. Line up!! Worth the wait.

We ordered 2 pies and 2 kringles for pick up on Friday morning for our family Thanksgiving weekend. We arrived to pick up our order, as scheduled, and when we arrived we were told “oh we sold one of your pies.” We were told we could come back the following day to pick up the missing pie (we live a 40 minute drive away). There was NO apology. No offer to do anything else to help us. Additionally, one of the kringles was made incorrectly and nothing was done to make this right either. We went back the following day to pick up the pie we had previously ordered and again there was no apology or offer to compensate us for the issue. It was just HORRIBLE customer service and customer recovery. The staff was also quite rude throughout the whole ordeal. We will not be returning, and recommend those looking for a reliable bakery look elsewhere as well.

I have to start by saying I’ve gotten some of the best Kringle ever here this summer! However, they are very inconsistent, and in the future(?) I will really look at them and make sure I pick out my own. The almond one I just purchased (of course to serve to company) was awful .... so overbaked I couldn’t cut it with a regular knife, it was awfully chewy, and the almond filling was so baked out it was almost non existent. Wish I hadn’t bragged about it before serving ....

Very disappointed!! Waited in line for sometime for a sandwich along with about 15 others. Once we managed to get inside after the 15 min wait only to be told that sandwiches would not be made until noon! IT WAS 10:55!! Wow! We said there should maybe be a sign put outside to let people know this! Very rudely to be told we could have called. You are in a town of tourists and you need to call??? Aren’t tourists a large part of keeping your business going??

Visiting from southwestern Wisconsin & my girlfriend came across Eagle Baking Co. It's a bit small inside but they have a great baked goods selection & nice staff. The baked treats taste wonderful!
