Cotton and Timber just helped me to upgrade my 15 year old home with new carpet and fireplace stone surround. I could not be happier! They came to our home for a free consultation and Kim was amazing with helping us to pick out products that would compliment our design. They helped to link us to professionals to do the framing and other work that other big box stores couldn’t or wouldn’t help us do. Their prices were great and less then others when we compared. When we had the wrong color tile delivered they quickly helped us to remedy the problem and always worked to make us satisfied! I would highly recommend this company!

We worked with Cotton & Timber on a basement flooring replacement project. Kim is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about materials. Dustin and Matt installed the new LVP. They were quick with a high attention to detail, and a pleasure to work with. Merrill did the finish work with baseboard installation and the rooms look great. We are so happy with the results, quality of product, and high level of customer service. Thank you to the Cotton & Timber team!

Merrill and his team at Cotton &Timber are the best! We were moving and wanted to change the flooring before our furniture was delivered. Originally, we had planned to use Costco, but when their contractor dropped the ball, Merrill jumped in and not only did he get the floors finished in time, he even managed to get us a better quality of flooring at a less expensive price! We’re so happy that we found Cotton &Timber and that we worked with a local, small business. They were so easy to work with and provided excellent customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. We highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with everyone at Cotton & Timber. They were very patient with my specific needs and willing to help me find exactly what I wanted for my new home. Their team helped find LVP that I absolutely love. It looks great, holds up well, and is so easy to clean. They helped me find the perfect tile for my bathrooms, laundry, and mudroom. They also found the perfect carpet for our home. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company. Their designers that we met with had a great eye and really helped me achieve my dreams for my home! I get so many compliments on our flooring. Thank you guys!

Edited ** went to clean up a spill and the grout isn’t finished under the cabinets. Literally all the way down. Like 6-7feet. Also it seems like they didn’t even seal the grout. I wiped up the spill immediately and the grout stained. 4K bathroom and this is how it was left. Need to work on passing info between each other but looks great and the owner is down to earth and honest.
