Absolutely love Big Carpet-fast, quality service, and great prices!
The entire carpet buying experience with this company was awesome. Professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They came to my home, to measure for me. They even sold me some nice hard flooring for my unfinished entryway. My carpet is nice, fluffy, beautiful colors. All the employees I dealt with were awesome. I cant wait to have them come back and do the rest of my house.
The customer service at Big Carpet is the best. The staff is very friendly and they were great at getting back with me on all of my questions. Their pricing was 30% less than another company which saved me a lot and my carpet and floors look so great. I highly recommend them.
Dennis was great! He and his office were awesome to work with and to answer questions whenever I had them. Dennis came in lower in his quote than others that we checked with and we felt more comfortable knowing that he dose the installations himself. So far we are loving the carpet and have nothing but good options.
