The eggs benedict were amazing!!! My fiance ordered the ham and cheese omelette, which had fluffy eggs and nicely melted cheese. Sadly was too full to enjoy some pie, but I'll definitely have to return to get a taste!

Amazing Midwestern hidden gem. Borgens cafe was so delightful and the service was great. the inside was extremely clean and the pancakes were amazing.
Always great food. And amazing homemade pies and cinnamon rolls.
We have been doing takeout on Fridays since Covid and we really appreciate the ability to get a really good fish fry and remain safe away from a big crowded area. Thank you Borgens
