The spa itself was of decent quality, however I did notice the mirrors and glass tables in waiting room and changing area were not clean; finger prints, smudges, dust.nThe massage I received on 8/6/2020, was the most bizarre I have ever had. After the male therapist greeted me 10-15 minutes late, he talked for quite some time in the treatment room. I realize you have to explain the service, but he went overboard. The massage itself felt as if a child was giving me a rub down. Very sloppy, with an enormous amount of oil. The technique was horrible. An over abundance of hot towels were used. If I am paying over $100 dollars to get a massage, I would like it to consist of more than just an application of oil and hot towels. The service ended 10-15 minutes early if you consider him picking me up late. Needless to say, extremely disappointing, and a total waste of money :(
Made a day for myself my mother and my daughter during our stay at the resort. Ms. Ginny was wonderful. My daughter loved the attention she got. She also had her hair braided. She was a princess!
I had a lovely afternoon enjoying the spa. Will definitely be back!
