My significant other and I celebrated his birthday here over the weekend. We stayed at the American Club.nnWe enjoyed a couples massage and “uniquely-yours” facials. Everything about the experience was amazing. From the approach and presentation of everything, all the way down to the employees caring for us. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to any request. Not to mention, we were on CLOUD 9 during our massages and facials. They were phenomenal!!nnAlso, we booked a little late but they did their best to squeeze us into comfortable appointments.nnAll of the amenities were just top tier. 5 diamond, no doubt. I would 100% recommend attending this spa to all my friends and family if they stay in Kohler, WI.nnThank you guys so much!

It was a good weekend getaway. We stayed one night at the carriage, the rooms are very clean and the staff was fantastic! I gave 4 starts because of the spa. I thought it would have more to offer, too cramped. We got a couple’s massage and it was ok. I could get better massages in Chicago at a better price. The spa staff was outstanding Denver and chase were great! Especially Denver!!nOverall, it was a romantic getaway, relaxing scenery away from the city

Outside of the guy talking on speaker to his mother in the men's locker room, it was extremely relaxing. Beyond professional personal. If it was this amazing during covid-19, imagine during 'normal times.'

I had a wonderful time at the Kohler waters spa. It was an incredibly lovely time. It was relaxing and romantic. I never felt like any other guests were invading my space. There are multiple different environments to relax in depending on your preferences. We spent our time split between the pool and the hot tub. The pool is in a bit of a darker room while the hot tub, in a brighter one. There is also a fireplace in the room with the hot tub. Not to mention all of the services that we did not partake in. The changing and locker rooms were lovely. They were separated by gender, with options for relaxation in there that I did not explore too deeply. Oh, and the robes that guest are given to wear around the spa are fantastic. They were incredibly soft and luscious. One would have to go to this spa multiple times to be able to really get the full experience.

It's nice but not for us again. We got bored and will probably go to an indoor waterpark. Service and rooms are top notch. Their included tea time and breakfast spread are nice.
