Not very happy with the customer service, I met at our place of business and discussednour needs. Long story short after I made follow up calls with no response, they said they were too busy, i wasted 3 weeks waiting.
Busy place! They know their stuff! Fast and reasonable prices.
Avoid this place. They attempted to fix a company laptop, only to make it worse. They don't care to update the customer and will ghost you until you finally contact them and ask for an update. Once you do contact them, they will give you every excuse as to why your work has not been done yet.nnSave your time and go somewhere more professional.
Mike helped me out when they were short staffed. Extremely knowledgable and very quick to find a resolution to the problem. I had brand new equipment on a custom PC build and looked through online forums for HOURS trying to find a fix to my issue. Mike had it fixed within a half an hour of dropping my PC off.
Took a desktop computer in to replace worn hard drive with 1 terabyte SSD. The complete process of removing the old drive, transferring the data from my old drive to the SSD along with finding software for a special application went well. They were on time and I had no problems when bringing the computer home. Will be back when I need to be!!
