I loved the vibes in this sprint store- the staff were very friendly and willing to assist me right away. Excellent costumer service by Eric and Andre. I went in to upgrade my phone and they provided me with a wide range of options, while keeping my budget in mind. They also provided me with great deals on a case and screen protector. I will definitely be going to this Sprint store every time I need assistance with my sprint account.
I needed help to reactivate a phone that was broken and fixed. Erik activated it right away quickly. Fast efficient service. I'm so happy to get my smartphone back in action again.
Great location, great experience! Staff were super helpful, they answered questions I didn’t even know I had while making me feel comfortable with changing my phone plan. The manager went above and beyond to workout the best deals and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended over other locations I’ve been to!
I stopped into this Sprint store right after they reopened from being closed due to Covid 19. The service representatives Kayla and Meza were beyond helpful and patient with me. I bought a new phone and they assisted me with moving everything over. I left that Saturday morning appreciating all there help and wonderful customer service. Go to this sprint store in Sheboygan. I love that this sprint store is even closer to my house and they are very mindful with wearing masks and distancing measures for keeping everyone safe.
I recently started a pickling business and realized I needed a separate phone plan. My experience of being set up with the sprint business plan was quick and painless. This has set me up for success in the future! I can thank them enough!
