We just switched from US Cellular to AT&T, moving 4 lines. Sheboygan, WI store’s associate Keyonte was amazing. He explained all options and was extremely pleasant and professional. Very impressed. Thanks!

Transfering services from a different carrier was no less short of a nightmare! The billing got all screwed up and sim cards didn't work, etc. The staff handled the issue professionally, however, there was a complete lack of empathy. Instead of taking ownership of the situation, they kept saying it was the previous carrier's fault, sending me back and fourth between stores. Also stating that they were a franchise store as to not take ownership and kept passing the buck to the corporate level, which added to my anxiety and frustration. I switched carriers only because they did not offer service in my new town. Not the store owner's fault for poor signal, however they represent the reputation of the carrier and should be judged accordingly.

Switched from another carrier ... worked with both store reps over course of a day for various assistance in setting up 2 new phones - one purchased from store and 1 a is a speciality memory phone. The staff were courteous, willing to go above and beyond to be helpful, and very technically astute! I should have switched a long time ago. Telling everyone. Give them a raise!

My experience has been very poor I have been a loyal customer for a long time and they have been telling me for 3 years that I will get better download speeds my location has a maximum of 3mbps It takes weeks to download anything on pc and watching anything on roku I hope this changes and if it does so my review It's frustrating to see the speeds they are offering for other people I'm trying to be a loyal customer but I'm really planning on switching I would have given 0 stars if I had the optionud83dude14
