I purchased a gift certificate at Christmas for my 86 year old father to buy a tree in spring. He lost the certificate. I called Superior Lawn & Garden to explain and they said there is nothing they can do. It is a gift certificate with his name on and they have a duplicate copy at the store. I don't understand the unwillingness to consider that this is an elderly person who is not out to cheat them out. Not going back.

Stay away from this highly overpriced business!!!! Poor quality products. Horrendous service!!nnI called 4 times in a week to ask speak John the owner about 300 dollars of dyed mulch which faded terribly after one rainfall. No call back. When he finally called back he verbally assaulted me for my complaining to his staff about the slow response time for returning my call.nnAs a loyal customer of 22 years, I was terribly disappointed with how poorly the owner treated me.nnI will now take my business to Scottys.

They dont give you your full money's worth in mulch that you pay for!
