Rather disappointing, One experience this week of not getting what I ordered for a pick up. And a delivery that took 30 mins beyond the estimated time frame as well as cold, ( only 2 small breakfast sandwiches) Food is great when you get what you ordered in a timely manner.
This is a beautiful Panera but the service was the worst I've had at a Panera. It took 15 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. There were no orders in front of us. They never gave me my Yogurt Parfait that I ordered. My husband asked as we left and I was so over waiting we just kept it going. I hope your experience was better than ours.
Great food prices are alittle high but worth the cost
Closed dining room when I came - their prices are too high and servings too skimpy to order from their drive through. The chain might as well close - it’s gone down the tubes virtually system wide.
Really nice shop! The staff was kind and the food was excellent
