Sam's Club Bakery

I called Sam's Bakery in Riverdale on the day before I thought I needed my son's birthday cake. Britney was an angel! She went above and beyond to answer each of my questions with courtesy. Britney never hinted that I was inconveniencing her with my attempt to be thorough and prevent any hiccups. The next day I came into Sam's 20 minutes before they closed, and without the image I wanted for my son's cake printed off (I went to several stores and because of Co-vid19, no one had their self-serve printers on). Natalie was also an angel in that she jumped in and took my phone with the image I wanted on it, and went to see if she could find a printer. After about 15 mins, Britney took ownership of my problem by asking me if I wanted her to draw freehand the image, just in case Natalie couldn't find a working computer. Both Natalie and Britney found me in the closed store, holding a well drawn cake and my phone. My son and I were pleased and impressed with the quick rendition. I very much appreciate the courteous, willing-to-help, positive, can-do attitude both young ladies exuded!!! Britney and Natalie are true assets to Sam's Club!! AND THE marble cake with buttercream frosting was delicious. (Everyone preferred the cake that sat out on the table, in 70° temperature, for about an hour. Opposed to when it came right out of the refrigerator.
