My tv broke on July 24 was sent in to get fixed. Was told it was going to take 4-6 weeks. It’s been 18 weeks I’ve contacted the business multiple times to ask about the tv was told I needed to speak to the manager. When I requested to talk to her was told she would call back. When she called back asked why I needed to speak specifically to her. She was very rude and unprofessional. I Would never recommend this business to anyone
Bianca has a horible attitude. Shes rude. Keeps pushing a credit application even when you have cash to pay something out. Why do I need to run my credit if I'm able to just pay it outright.
Awesome people awesome customer service and willing to work with you as long as you make your payments
