We have been coming to Hayward for 60+ years and the bakery had become one of our favorite and frequent stops. However, this year we've only been in there twice and I doubt that we will return. I make an appointment to go to the doctor, not to go to the bakery. One of the fun aspects of a bakery is looking at all the treats and deciding what you want this time. I hope someone who really wants to operate a bakery opens one soon here. It's sad because we really do enjoy their bread and pastries.

My tastes buds were overly satisfied! I tried just about every pastries they have on the shelf and was very satisfied! They were not overwhelmingly sweet, they are fresh and just perfect! The young lady that assisted us was friendly- I think she was overwhelmed because I ordered one of each pastry on display.. but she managed and was happy to assist us again the following day. Definitely a “must go to“ bakery when visiting Hayward Wisconsin!

Best San Francisco sourdough bread ever. Have food allergies and this bread was amazing! Couldn’t stop eating it! The staff is amazing and went out of their way to help me. A customer for life! Thank you!!!

Their bread is delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of their loaves. I love their apple walnut with the maple frosting and cranberry wild rice.

Went to the bakery early on a Sunday morning, pulled on the door and it is locked but they are open. Sign on door says because of covid19 you have to have a appointment to get in, I can understand that however nobody was in there other than employees and they just looked at me. If I ran that business I would have ran to the door being nobody was in there. Sad to say I won't be back. Also I did have a KN95 mask on.
