I recommend that everyone comes and deals with Trent. He hands down has the best customer service skills and listens to you when you have questions. He was extremely helpful with me and my daughter. He wasn’t pushy at all and wasn’t in a hurry to get us out. He went into a lot of detail with everything and explained everything down to a T. Best experience we’ve had yet.

Courtney & Nikki are extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their jobs. I stopped in to upgrade my iPhone and they talked to me right into an Apple Watch as they thought it would complement me with my job for how much I’m on the phone. The last two days with my watch have really simplified my life.nnThey even took the time to show me Apple Music and explain to me the pros and cons of it & I now have it downloaded on my phone and It’s hooked up to my vehicle to listen to music. Now I get to listen to only MY favorite songs while driving...How COOL!nnI love shopping local in our community verses using the big box stores in Madison when at all possible! Courtney was obviously very skilled with the technology needed to help me purchase a replacement phone and set it all up. He works very well with the other T-Mobile team members. Believe it or not, it was a pleasant experience shopping at the Reedsburg T-Mobile store and I usually dread this kind of experience. Thank you Courtney.

From the time that I entered the store in Reedsburg I was greeted by a couple of people very nicely great experience from the moment I stepped in the door I spoke with one young man jaylin nice came back the next day he wasn't here so I met Nicole wonderful I'm a senior citizen not very tacky she made things look simple and another gentleman here at the store Courtney also very pleasant and that not bad looking either and Trent another nice gentleman I listen to how he handled some older senior citizen very nice everybody in the store very nice
