Had a good experience with this store. We were helped through a long process by an employee named Jack, and he was great company. He answered our questions, helped get us the best for our buck, and kept us entertained. Great store!

I received the extra mile of customer service. Called Gage/Roy Store because I was having problems. He is one great guy. I wish I could thank him not just with a few words on this survey. After being in the store for 10 minutes a man asked me to leave because I wouldnt cover my face. Will never patron this store again. They dont seem to care that there are medical reasons to not do so. Good job T-mobile. I will now consider a new provider for mobile service that doesnt act as a moral police squad.

They were amazing! They helped my husband and I so much setting up our own account. It was a great experience for sure.
